Out of all the superbowl commercials my favorite one was the FedEx Burt Reinholds one. But only watch it after you’ve watch and laughed out of a few other commercials.

I can only hope for two things.
1. That fans, will gather and make enough noise to bring back Enterprise, or any other startrek back into production.
2. That “we all look forward to a new chapter of this enduring franchise in the future” (quote from Press release in Startrek.com) means a new Star Trek Series.
Now, all that’s left to do is watch those other 12 episodes as the come in the following weeks.
First, I had a bicycle accident today.
I was on my way to my last job inteview when I lost control of my bicycle and fell at 9.8m/s^2 towards the ground.
Luckily a momentum of P=M*V=65(kg)*10(KPH) wasn’t too much, I had to cancel my interview and go to a hospital to get X-rayed.
For anyone who is concered, i’m generally OK, nothing is broken, but i’m brewsed and scratched and my right hand, or rather my palm, is really hurting.
You can imagine how hard it is to operate a mouse with your other hand. I suggest you give it a try for minute and see how it feel.
Hurting this much i’m also partially disabled until i heal a bit and can use my right hand for trivial tasks, like : getting dressed.
Oh, amd if you’re wondering, all this post was typed in left handedly.
On another segment of today’s news: I’VE GOT A NEW JOB !
I’ve decided to go with one of the job offers i’ve got a week ago, and was postponing till today. The reason i was postponing is because i have been waiting to be interviewed in a third company, which was the one i missed on today.
After a short consideration, i’ve decided to go with what i have at hand right now (a little black humor), rather then wait for a job, which on one hand (again…) can be more rewarding, but on the other hand (the more painfull) might not come true after all, because it’s only the middle of the interviewing proccess…
So, starting next sunday I start work. I’ll put some more info about it once everything is final, and update my resume (or CV, if you insist on calling it that).
Other great news is that http://www.car4ron.com/ is getting of at the right foot !

That site is a bit of a hard work, but i enjoy it a lot. So i’m guessing it’s gonna be my afterhours occupation for a while.
I have an enormous to do list regarding it, as i have so many ideas, so if anyone is willing to help, i’d appriciate it.
I need help in php-scripting, site graphics, FLASH (for creating some mini-games) and drawing artists (for the games and the site).
Right now, it’s a one man show, and I’m affraid it will stay that way for a while until i can gather more people to participate, and help.

“Buy A Car For Ron Gilbert” is a website dedicated to the sole purpose of donating a car for the a grumpy, needy, old school game developer.
There’s something Ron Gilbert tends to complain about whenever someone mentions the comparison between the game industry and the movie industry. He says something like “if the game industry is so much like the movie industry, why don’t we get the fame and fortune movie starts do ?”
So i’m gonna start breaking the rules of the game industry and create the first ever game designer fas site. And hopefully in the future, with enough support from the fans, a fan club for Ron Gilbert.

I have a huge headache.
I was forced again to go to Lee’s parents for another one of those annoying family dinners.
I can’t say i care much for most of her family. Her father is an angry person who shouts all the time, Her mom is manupulative and sticks her nose into everything, and her brother is one of the dumbest imbacil parasites i have ever met.
Luckily i was prepared and ate a big lunch before we left, so i didn’t have to eat the horrible foods her mom makes.
I had to sit there most of the dinner listen to their stupid conversations.
Now i have a big, huge, enormous headache.
I’m sorry Lee, but i can’t take your family too much.
Even tough your very nice Aunt came to visit from germany and brough some chochlate
Maybe next time, you can go to the dinner alone, and invite only your Aunt and uncle to come and visit here without the rest of your “driving me nuts” family ?
