Student day was wonderfull !
I’ve met a lot of freinds and haged out all day, ate, got free promotional gifts, and had fun !
and most important, the fireworks were, as always in student days, spactacular!!!
I’ve promised myself no long posts for a while after that VERY VERY long one which no one read.

I spent more then an hour writing a very long post straight out of my heart, pretty much summarizing all the troubles and problems I’m facing in life right now.
I don’t really know who’s been reading my BLOG, And yes, I’ve got a hit on the blog from “Bosnia and Herzegovina (logosoft.ba)”. I don’t even know from who, So i’ve decided I’m not posting it for public viewing.
If you are my friend, or think you have the right to read it, and you want to read it, email me, and I’ll send you the long, very long, very very long, philosophical, partly depressive post.
However, if you want to read it, I’d expect some reply, so take it into consideration..
My favorite color is blue. I really like blue. but not this kind of blue. The color i hate most when it’s filling my screen is the RGB(0,0,255) – BLUE !.
A few months back, my SBLive card’s SPDIF output been having troubles, it’s either that or my SPDIF input in the receiver, or my reciever itself are having problems. Since i didn’t have any other soundcard to test my theory, not to mention any other receiver, i bought a cheap replacement sound card in Taiwan. The card stood on the table, it’s box gathering dust, until one of the days Lee was in Poland, the power supply was cut off to the entire northen tel-aviv area. haveing all my computers off, i decided i’m going to do the switch there and then. Other then replaceing the sound card, i’ve moved a hard drive labeled “BAD” from the burner’s computer to mine, since i don’t need to use it as a buffer for burning, now that i have a 100MBit ethernet and i can burn over the network.
That was two weeks ago.
I have seen the BSD (Blue Screen of Death) something like 40 times in the past two years. 39 of them in the last two weeks !
I HATE, HATE, HATE, The blue screen of death.
And also suddenly, Explorer starts crashing when it’s starting, and loading “Google”, and also proccess like SVCHOST and IKernel are crashing without provocation !
I’m not sure if the new soundcard is to blame for all this, and more over, i’m not sure replacing my SBLive for this cheap Taiwaneese product actually solved the problem !
I’m annoyed and at a loss and hate the BSD !

Lee’s computer got stuck for a while now, whenever you’d be trying to run Photoshop. It’s been like that ever since I’ve upgraded my computer and gave her my ol’ mother board n’ cpu.
After that, she couldn’t run Photoshop anymore. So she said she’d reinstall windows, after formatting her “C” drive, and that, after she backs up everything. So once she got released of the army, and have had time, she’s been backing up her computer, so we reinstalled her windows Friday afternoon. Unfortunantly, even after formatting, reinstalling windows, display driver, and photoshop (and that’s it), when running photoshop, her computer got stuck !
I’ve trying replacing and removing everything replacable other then motherboard/cpu, but Alas poor yorick. So we then had no choice, but to replace the last thing there is to replace. So we switch the harddrive and all the cards between her computer and the other computer that’s in the living room with windows98 that i use to do cd burnings with.
The operation went smoothly, MUCH more smoothly then expected. The only bump in the road was the fact that her “new” computer didn’t support disk drives over 33gb and hers was a 40Gb drive.
We’ve both missed a beat when the BIOS update utility got stuck (!!!) but it got through in the end.
Lee now have Photoshop running again. Hurray !
Why do computers have side covers ?
You know, those plastic or metal plates that cover thier sides, yes, the ones that you take out, when you screw in your video and sound cards, yes, those plates that sit there, next to your computer, sitting, as if they’re waiting for you to close your computer with them, as if they’re ment to protect your computer from something, or to cover it from dust and dirt. Why do you have them ? What use are they ?

I went to unemployment office again, as i need to do every two weeks, I went on another job interview, not exactly, it was an interview at a job agency. No news in that area yet.
On the way back from Lishka Taasuka yesterday me and Lee took a walk in Tel-aviv, followed by a hamburger dinner In Agadir with Assaf. Nothing to fancy, nicly done onion-mushroom burger. Very good one for that. But nothing new about that.
We saw a good Angel episode (5×14) today with Assaf and Ramon. It’s nice seeing a good episode after a long sequance of non-good episodes.
We saw “Kill Bill 1” in the teekend. We’re not sure if it was in the original english version, but in ours, there wasn’t any translation to the japaneese parts, so we felt like we missed half of the movie. We did decided that we’re not going to overpay a lot of money just to see no. 2 in the cinema’s but wait for it to come for DVD.
I so much don’t care about sports, and if those darn sports fan wouldn’t have kept me up with their partying up to 3 am with their lous parties, i wouldn’t have known anything about winning any games or nothing. I don’t even know who we were up against. I don’t care. We won, We lost, whatever. Let me sleep!
For nothing to write about, this isn’t my shortest post.
I tweaked with one of the site’s parameters which caused it not to work for the past day.
