Windows swapping – What the fuck ?

Ok, can someone explain to me what is wrong with the Microsoft windows XP virtual memory algorithm team ?

Now, i have 2GB ram that is TWO FUCKING GIGA BYTES of RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY.
And on top of that i have 1 big proccess (Firefox) that with all it’s tabs takes 900mb virtual memory.
I also have Thunderbird that takes about 150mb.
All good, and i still should have about a giga extra physical memory, like the taskman tells me.
Can someone PLEASE explain to me, why on earth would the Virtual memory manager decide to swap out thunderbird ALL THE TIME when it has TRILLIONS of bytes in my memory just waiting to hold its pages ??!?!

EVERY FREAKING 20 minutes, when i get a new email, i have to wait a whole 5 minutes for the freaking windows to swap back thunderbird, becuase it can’t just leave it in the memory for some reason !

If at least they’d give me some control over thier algorithm i’d be find with it, but Nooo.. i have to be a stupid user that wants big colorful buttons and can wait 5 minutes to read his emails.

So, I stayed up awake all night and spent it baking a cake for my significant other to take to work.

Yes. I’m becoming my mother.

To be honest, I kind of like this whole “housewife” thing, Call me a feminist. I don’t cate. I’m happy with it as long as i don’t have to clean, wash, dust, throw the garbage or go to the supermarket.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LEECHOOK !
Thanks for cleaning, washing, dusting, throwing the garbage and going to the supermarket for yet another year !

Now get back to work and get us some rent money, you lazy bum !

Unexpected Promotion

OMG ! This was so unexpected :

I left my old guild only two months ago, party because they refused to let me voice my opinion.
In my new guild, bad taste I never asked for a promotion. I was always myself and always did what I thought was right. People think very highly of me in the guild. So the promote me without me even implying.
<3 BT ! While we’re at it, here’s a picture of me and my Anqiraji bug mount
